Dry Ice, at a temperature of -78°C, can only be stored for a certain time in high quality dry ice containers. The insulation of such containers is reducing the sublimation loss (evaporation of dry ice into CO2-gas) to its best possible level. Therefore, it is most important to choose best insulation quality for storing dry ice. Another very important factor is the height of the container. The higher the container, the bigger is the weight of dry ice which will smasch the lower part of dry ice inside the container during transportation.
