Exchanging extruder plates is pretty easy and takes only a few minutes without any tools also after long production runs. The plates are simply fitted at the side of the dry ice outlet. The extruder plates are nicely stored.

There is also a dry ice slice or block lifter for handling fragile thin slices or heavy blocks easily.

TWIN-ICE and TRIPLE-ICE machines produce two different dry ice pellets, 3mm and 16mm and also more on request e.g. 10mm, 12mm, etc. Slices from 18 to 30mm thickness with dimensions of 150 x 150 mm or 210 x 125mm. Blocks from 30 to 60mm thickness with dimensions of 150 x 150mm or 210 x 125mm.
